Andy Yang Owner of the Rhongtiam restaurant has consult with me to twist the New York Thai restaurant concept. Most of the Thai restaurants in New York are pretty much a stereotype especially in Chelsea area is known as the low cost fine dining. Andy wanted to break out the concept, after we discuss we come up with the concept of Thai Organic fast food. The layout flow is plan as a self-service fast food place. People are welcome to hangout as a 3rd place with more than welcome free Wi-Fi, outlet and USB charger.
